A grateful thank you goes out to the Montgomery Blair community for their support for the Rokiatu Ba fund. Rokiatu, a Blair senior, died tragically on September 10, 2003. After her death hundreds of students, school clubs, teachers, parents, and others donated to a special fund for Rokiatu's family. More than $3,600 was collected. We have received a lot of letters of sympathy and condolence that you have
addressed to us during the tragic loss of Rokiatou Ba, your classmate.
We are deeply touched by the words of comfort and love
at Rokiatou's place.
To all of you, we say thank you for the moral and financial support that you
have brought to us during this painful time.
Through your testimony, we are, today, proud of our
deceased daughter. Let her rest in peace.
